איך להתחיל להתאמן מאפס לבד ?
אתם מרגישים שאתם חייבים להתאמן ורוצים להתחיל לבד עם עצמכם בזמנכם הפנוי !? מעולה , אני כאן לתת כמה טיפים איך להתחיל !!
1. תקבעו יום ושעה ביומן שאתם הולכים להתאמן . אפילו רשמו על דף מולכם שיהיה רשום לכם ושלא תפספסו . מחקרים מוכיחים שכדי להתחיל חייב לרשום יעד, מטרה .
2. החליטו איזה אימון אתם רוצים . תשאלו את השאלה- האם אני אוהב אירובי (ריצה\אופניים\שחייה) או שבעצם כוח - (כנגד משקל גוף, משקולות, חדר כושר) 3. בדקו האם יש תנאים שתצטרכו לדאוג להם .
לדוגמא ריצה : לרכוש נעלי ריצה מתאימות, מקום שתרצו לרוץ, ים, יער, כביש
שחייה- לבדוק מנוי במקום הקרוב לביתכם (כדי למנוע בעיית נגישות ותירוצים שזה רחוק )
כוח - אימון כושר ביתי , האם יש ציוד שאתם צריכים , להתייעץ עם מאמן כושר
4.שופינג !!- תתחדשו בציוד חדש, בגדים חדשים, אוזניות וכל דבר אחר שיגרום לכם להתלהב ורק לרצות להתחיל !!
5. זוכרים שקבענו תאריך ויעד ?!
בחרו מטרה ויעד סופי למטרה - לרדת 10 ק"ג , לרוץ 5 ק"מ וכל יעד אחר!
רשמו תאריכים : לדוגמא ב1.2 אני יורדת 2 ק"ג ועד ועוד עד למטרה סופית.
6. צאו לדרך ! והכי חשוב תהנו ! שימו מוזיקה טובה, תבחרו את הפעילות שאתם הכי מחוברים אליה, תלבשו את הבגדים שגורמים לכם להרגיש נפלא ! ותזכרו ! ברגע שתהנו מהדרך , מהפעילות עצמה , כך התוצאות יגיעו במהרה !
